Ensure the product is in its original condition with tags attached; our courier partner will perform a quick quality check during pickup.
Reverse Pickup
Once the request is raised, a pickup will be scheduled within 2-4 business days at no additional cost to you.
Refund Processing
After the item reaches our warehouse and passes inspection, your refund will be initiated to your original payment method or Nykaa wallet within 7-10 days.
